Mitchica
McNeair, MSW, LCSW, CCDVC
Ms. McNeair attended San Bernardino Valley
College and received her AA degree in Liberal Arts. She attended Cal State
San Bernardino and received her BA degree in Sociology and her Master's
degree in Social work. She is an Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has
worked with Abused and Neglected Children and their families for over
15 years. Ms. McNeair provides Clinical Supervision to LMFT and ASW interns.
Additionally, she is a Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor,
experienced in working with victims, perpetrators, and their families.

For well over ten years, she has served as a presenter and keynote
speaker at conferences across the nation. Her experiences include
working as a County and Foster Family Agency Social Worker, County
Social Worker Supervisor and Wraparound Clinical Program Manager.
Additionally, she has been involved in the process of licensing
new group homes, interfacing with group home operators, and monitoring
the care of dependent children placed in out-of -home care. Finally,
in addition to teaching at the college level, both undergraduate
and graduate students at University of Phoenix since 2002, Cal State
Hayward and the Professional Academy since 2006, she has been training
program staff for over 10 years, on topics such as:
The Effects of Domestic Violence on Children
Growing Up in Foster Care
De-escalating Client Anger
Anger Management
Improving Communication Skills Between Staff and Clients
Documentation of Self-Administered Medication in Residential Treatment
Settings What it Takes to Be a Group Home Counselor, and other
connected topics.
Currently, she is running her own business, Total Commitment Consulting
Services (TCCS). TCCS strives to assist group homes and Foster Family
Agencies in their endeavors to provide the highest caliber of comprehensive
services to their residents and their families. TCCS also seeks
to enhance the knowledge base, expertise, and level of professionalism
of the agency treatment team. TCCS works hand and hand with the
agency to facilitate state of the art "best practices."

On-going Staff Training- Monthly or bi-monthly (CEU Provider-PCE

Therapeutic Services- (Individual, family & group treatment, psycho-educational

Thorough documentation of services provided
Report writing (30-day needs and services plan, quarterly progress
reports, discharge summaries)
Crisis intervention, telephone counseling
Referral information / coordination of adjunctive services, including
aftercare services
Interface with placing agencies and adjunctive treatment personnel
and other connected services
